JUVENILE DEPENDENCY

When families are involved with the Department of Family and Children Services (DFACS) due to allegations of abuse or neglect , the parents and the child will need legal presentation to guide them and represent their best interests.

JUVENILE DELINQUENCY

Children under the age of 17 that are ccharged with crimes, as juveniles are part of a system that is very different from adult court.  You need an experienced attorney that is familiar with juvenile law and can assist your child with the best possible outcome.

GUARDIAN AD LITEM

Are you involved in a parental rights or custody matter?  The Guardian Ad Litem can assist the court with looking at the family situation and making a determination of where the child should live, what contact the child should have with the parents and if the child is being harmed. 

 

MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION

Are looking for an alternative to litigation?  Mediation or arbitration can assist you to reach a resolution that often times can be less expensive than fully litigating a claim.
